My Weekend

Last weekend, an educative campaign, themed fruit picking, was conducted among us students. The farm where we gathered fruit was a modern one with abundant fruit and advancede quipment, enabling us to carry out various tasks.

No sooner had we got there than the skilled leader g***e us a warm welcome and a detailed introduction about how to tell ripe fruit from raw fruit and how to pick fruit scientifically. H***ing heard his useful word, we got down to picking fruit in group with high efficiency. In return for farmers’ hardwork, we juiced all we collected and g***e bottles of juice to them.

On the way home, I couldn’t stop thinking about this experience, which not only broadened our view but also stressed the importance of scientific farming of farmers.
