Summer holiday is coming . I want to go to Beijing . I go to Beijing with myfather , my mother and my brother . We want to go there by plane because ittakes less time . We can see many things in it . First we can visit the GreatWall , it is very famous for the world ,so I like it very much . Second we cango to the zoo because I like to see animals . There are many foreigners in thiscity ,too . I want to talk with them in English . I want to learn English fromthem . I think we can h***e a good time then . I hope it is coming soon .
With ever-increasing living standard, people pay growing preference totr***eling. And the week-long holiday is precisely a f***orable option for thetr***eling-eager people, through which they can free themselves from the endlessand pressing work temporarily and gain some entertainment. Besides, thetr***eling during the week-long holiday does boost business tremendously in ourcountry.
However, just as a saying goes, every coin has two sides. While theweek-long tr***eling endows us with a lot of benefits, it also brings about someproblems which cannot be ignored. Here go some of the problems. To begin with,the tr***eling during the golden week may over push the business, triggering offa overheated economy. Secondly, during the holiday, innumerable tr***elingexpeditions are flocking to the bus stations, train stations and airports,causing tedious traffic jams and thus adding some undesirable matters to theshould-be-gleeful trip. Too he***y traffic not only delays the time of arrivingat the destination, but is also the source of traffic accidents. Last but notleast, the nonstop-growing visitors’ pouring into the resorts will downrightoverload the places of interest and invoke some unwelcome damages to the relics.It is widely acknowledged that our treasury department spend a large amount ofmoney preserving the damaged relics.
From my perspective, I do hold that the disadvantage of the week-longtr***el outweighs its advantage. To maximize its negative impact, I think we canshorten the span of the holiday by adding more holidays to the traditionalChinese festivals such as mid-autumn festival, tomb-sweeping day, etc. this onthe one hand can release all the negative effects mentioned above, and on theother hand place more emphasis to our traditional culture.
